Surveyors Australia was in Parliament House this week with the Australian Construction Industry Forum (ACIF), putting surveying firmly into the national conversation on housing and infrastructure.

Key themes included the long term housing supply challenge, bottlenecks in enabling infrastructure, and critical skills shortages across the sector.

We highlighted surveying specific issues such as training funding not reaching industry providers, rising standards costs, and the risk small firms face in challenging unfair contracts.
