The new Surveying & Spatial Information Regulation 2024 has now been published on the NSW Legislation website HERE

The date of commencement of the Regulation will be 1 March 2025.

Any survey commenced after 1 March 2025 will be required to comply to the new Surveying & Spatial Information Regulation 2024.
