The Surveyors Trust commissioned and built The International Skills platform to help the industry find international talent to fill the immediate skills gap, while longer term Australian skills and career projects can produce mid to long term results.
The platform is now live for general usage at no cost to the Surveying Industry
The platform is like speed dating for finding new talent and is very simple as this is stage 1 of the site’s development.
This is a great way of both finding talent and posting job opportunities.
Talent Search
The platform administrators have a rolling total of around 150 to 200 candidates who have been pre-screened to broadly meeting our industry needs and are willing to relocate to Australia. It is easy to search and once registered connect with surveyors that they want to have a deeper conversation with.
Job Board
Australian Surveyors can load jobs to the site and then it will be automatically sent to surveyors that are on the site who fit the job criteria, and they can apply
After engaging the surveyor companies can take their conversation offline and proceed with advice about migration, skills gaps and accreditation requirements etc.
This website service is open to everyone and free to use the new platform help increase the current talent pool.
