Whether you are in a surveying firm, civil engineering firm, a building company, council, state/territory agency or any other multidisciplinary firm employing surveyors then we want you to find a home and support within our Association.

All member firms are required to hold a valid Professional Indemnity Insurance policy. Associate Members are recommended to hold insurance for surveying related activities, but this is not compulsory for membership. Individuals, Students and International Members are not required to to provide insurance details.
Once membership is approved, each member must abide by Surveyors Australia's Code of Ethical Conduct at all times. A breach of this code may result in disciplinary action being taken.
Gathering more information to provide better services
To help us provide valuable services, we encourage you to actively provide us with contact information for all the staff members in your organisation (or those connected to your surveying business). This will help us communicate more effectively, provide targeted training and events and understand the research required to support surveying firms. We will however communicate confidential information with principal directors only, such as the results of the Salary Survey.
